This 100% Shiraz wine showcases a deep, dark purple color and succulent ripe fruit flavors, complemented by delicate floral notes, violets, and spice. The mouth-feel reveals depth and clarity of fruit, with finely crafted tannins and a beautiful layered fruity finish.

With an alcohol content of 14.9%, total acidity of 4.9 g/l, and residual sugar of 4 g/l, this Shiraz offers a well-balanced and sophisticated taste profile. The wine is characterized by a full body, dry style, and a fruity, berry taste. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness between 24° – 25° Balling, ensuring the expression of the vineyard’s unique terroir in every bottle.

In the cellar, the grapes undergo a meticulous process, including cold maceration, fermentation with French yeast strains, and manual punch-downs for 10 days. The juice completes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine’s vibrant fruit flavors and elegant structure.
