Shipping Policy
Shipping is for the account of the purchaser. Shipping will only take place, once payment has been cleared in the account.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be done, if the client has shipped the product back to us.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customers must inform us in writing within 5 days that they want to return the product.
The client must ship the item back to us.
All refunds will be less 25% costs.
